Certified Fitness Instructor/200 RYT
Julie Cartier is a certified group fitness instructor with over 10 years of experience in yoga and dance. She completed her 200-hour yoga certification from CorePower Yoga in Huntington Beach, CA in 2009. Beyond yoga, Julie teaches Zumba Fitness, Zumbatomic (for kids) and children’s recreational gymnastics.
As she started her yoga journey in high school, she figured she would breeze right through considering her background in dance. Yet she found herself struggling through her first class wondering how many more down dogs she would have to do! Despite the temporary discomfort of her wrists, she quickly grew a love for the challenge and the way yoga made her feel. Julie continued her practice throughout college at UNC Charlotte as a way to stay centered, focused, and in shape. Through consistency and dedication she began to see her practice flourish, as she became stronger and finally understood what it meant to “find your breath". After college Julie moved to California where she took her practice to the next level and decided it was time to teach. Down dog is now one of her favorite postures and she still loves being a student every chance she gets. Julie can't imagine her life without yoga as it has improved every aspect of her life. She hopes to spread her love of yoga and inspire people on their journey to living a life of endless possibility.

Pam is a lifelong health enthusiast, a 200 hour certified yoga teacher, trained in power vinyasa, specializing in yoga for athletes, and certified in Yoga Body BootCamp™. Pam studied yoga at The Yoga Shop, a Live Love Teach affiliate and a Baron Baptiste influenced style studio.
After years of long distance running, she turned to power heated yoga for recovery and rehabilitation. To her surprise, yoga did not only support the healing of her injuries, but it also improved her ability to perform as an athlete. Pam gained flexibility and strength. Her own personal transformation on the mat became her inspiration to teach. The power in yoga comes from the true connection between the body and mind through the rhythmic connection of your breath - your life force. The heat is homeopathic and essential for detoxing and cleansing the body and spirit. Pam’s style of yoga is revolutionary; a new yoga fitness-craze. It is a true balance of body and mind mixed with the inner stillness of yoga.
