Chilly weather is settling into New England, and we want to invite you in from the sharp wind. Come experience our welcoming classroom setting. Soft, dim lighting. Find your spot and sit down…because then we’re going to make you sweat like it’s late July in the Everglades with a rigorous stationary bike ride that will leave you physically exhausted and mentally exhilarated.

Mission Fitness has added Spin sessions starting today to bring together enthusiastic riders and others ready to shed some stress and weight. Our certified Spin instructors provide a 60-minute high-intensity, low-impact cardiovascular workout during morning and evening hours to fit your schedule and keep you off the dark streets.

Spin Beginners Welcome With Good Attitude And Work Ethic

Never tried a Spin session before? Anyone can do it! But I won't sugarcoat it. You're going to work toward maximum exertion in a motivational and supportive setting. Your fellow riders will inspire and push you, even when you’re certain you can’t pedal up that steep incline near the end of the workout. Your muscles will burn with the calories while you sweat away stress and strengthen your core. Maybe you want to build your muscle tone. Maybe you want to show off your killer legs in that cocktail dress on New Year’s Eve. Here’s a good place to start.
